A primary brand is the main brand or organization that you would like to track and monitor and benchmark. If you operate with multiple brand names / products and would like to track or benchmark them as one entity, you can add them as sub-brands. If you need more primary brands to track you can add that later.
How many users can I add to my account?
You can add as many as you like! We want people to use the platform so please invite all your colleagues.
What is a market and can I add more markets?
A market is a geographic country you would like to analyse. You can later choose to add more markets as you see fit.
Can I upgrade / downgrade / cancel when I want to?
Yes to all options. E.g. you can start for free and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you want to. You can also later decide to downgrade to another plan or cancel. Your subscription will run until the end of the period you have paid for and then be downgraded.
Do you track all videos and podcasts in social media?
We track publicly available spoken contents on social media. Examples are video posts on TikTok, YouTube and podcast episodes. To bring the most valuable insights we always make sure that we track and analyse the most influential sources for each market. Today this means more than 300,000 channels and 5000+ hours daily of contents for the markets we analyse. We are rapidly expanding the channels depending on rising popularity and impactfulness.
Which markets and languages do you cover?
Right now we cover the US, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. However we are rapidly expanding to other countries. The solution is language agnostic due to the AI nature of our technology.
Can I really use it for free?
Yes of course. Once you register you get access to basic insights for your brand and industry that gives you a great starting point to explore the service further. You'll also get notifications of brand mentions and trends by mail. You can later choose to upgrade to access more data and markets.
